Strictly necessary cookies
UONE uses strictly necessary cookies to keep signed-in sessions secure and to confirm that protected actions come from the correct session. These cookies are not used for advertising.
Session storage
Temporary sign-in and page state may be stored for the current browser tab or session. UONE clears application-held sensitive state on confirmed sign-out, session expiry, and page exit. Browser-managed session storage is normally removed when the tab session ends. When browser storage is unavailable, UONE will attempt a secure recovery or explain what action is required.
Local storage and caches
UONE does not retain uploaded customer rows as a persistent browser draft. Tab-scoped entry information may be held in session storage, while Cache Storage is limited to public static pages and assets. Protected Workspace and Admin data are not precached for offline use.
No advertising or recording cookies
UONE does not use advertising cookies, heatmaps, session replay, or third-party behavioural analytics. Browser identifiers are not sold or used to follow customers across unrelated websites.
Browser controls
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or protected actions. UONE will show a clear message rather than treating an unconfirmed action as successful.
Browser-data safeguards
Authentication credentials are not retained in ordinary browser storage. Uploaded spreadsheets and parsed customer rows are handled for the active session and cleared from browser memory when the Workspace is closed or left. Strictly necessary session information is used only to protect authorised access and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
